- 24-hour shifts -- 7 am to 7 am, 10 - 15 shifts per month
- Average of 10 - 15 patients per shift
- Hospital -- laborist coverage
- 5 - 7 deliveries and OB/GYN cases per shift
- Procedures required -- deliveries and C-sections
- Ongoing coverage needed
- Board certification required
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
