Job Description

An established private OB/GYN practice in Arcadia, California, just outside Pasadena and Los Angeles, is seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN to join its growing team. Enjoy a 4-day workweek, $400K+ earning potential, and 1:3 home-based call in one of Southern California's most desirable suburban communities.
The Position:

  • 4-day workweek with flexible scheduling and dedicated administrative time.
  • 1:3 call rotation, taken from home in one-week blocks.
  • Join 2 established OB/GYNs with experienced NP support.
    Deliver at USC Arcadia Hospital, directly across the street from the practice, with 24/7 laborist support and a Level II NICU.
    Approximately 25 deliveries per month per physician.
  • Up to $350K guaranteed base salary with $400K+ earning potential.
  • Additional productivity bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and malpractice coverage.
