OB/GYN Core Faculty & Research Advisor – Full-Scope OB/GYN | No Night Call
(Login for Information) (LRH) seeks a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join its growing Women's Health team as a Core Faculty & Research Advisor. This hospital-employed position combines full-scope OB/GYN practice with faculty leadership supporting a new community-based OB/GYN Residency Program launching Summer 2027.
Supported by a collaborative generalist OB/GYN group and dedicated OB/GYN Hospitalist team, physicians enjoy no night call, strong work-life balance, and meaningful involvement in resident education and scholarly activity.

- Protected faculty time to:
- Partner with the Program Director to ensure ACGME scholarly activity requirements are met
- Guide resident, faculty, and student research, quality improvement, outcomes research, and clinical inquiry projects
- Collaborate with the Department of Research & Sponsored Studies on project development, implementation, and completion
- Participate in committee work, program operations, compliance, evaluation processes, faculty development, and recruitment
- Teach and mentor OB/GYN residents and medical students
- Foster a positive, hands-on, community-based learning environment

- Comprehensive women's and children's services
- Dedicated OB Emergency Department
- Dedicated Children's Emergency Department
- Level III NICU with 24/7 neonatology coverage
- 24/7 OB-dedicated anesthesia
- Dedicated Women's OR suites and specialized surgical teams
- Da Vinci Xi robotic systems (available but not required)
- Modern, patient-centered facilities
Qualifications
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in OB/GYN (ABMS or AOA)
- Florida medical license or ability to obtain
- Interest in a primarily clinical practice with resident and medical student teaching
- Commitment to collaboration, stability, and work-life balance
- Interest in community-based graduate medical education
