- Clinic and call coverage -- Mon - Fri outpatient with weeknight supervising call
- Weekend 24-hr call required
- Assigned patients and ED/unassigned call coverage
- High-acuity patients; callbacks currently high
- Routine OB and gyn -- circumcisions required; C-sections and ED gyn procedures
- Advanced gyn surgeries such as laparoscopy highly preferred
- Vacation coverage -- department at risk of diversion without coverage
- Newly opening practice -- patient volume expected to grow over time
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
