Job Description

Practice Details:
  • Join an established women's health team of 4 OB/GYNs, 2 FM/OB physicians, 3 Midwives, and APRN providers
  • 4-day workweek with flexibility in how you structure your clinical hours
  • Reasonable 1:5 shared call schedule, with plans to improve to 1:6
  • Strong built-in patient demand with the opportunity to develop a busy and productive practice
  • Collegial group with minimal physician turnover and mentorship available
  • Practice within a nationally recognized, mission-driven health system while maintaining the close-knit feel of a smaller community practice

    Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary guarantee ranging from $437,000-$500,000
  • $125,000+ in student loan repayment available through the organization's NHSC designation
  • Additional financial incentives including a sign-on bonus and stipend
