A well-established, community-focused women’s health program in the western Chicago suburbs is seeking a BC/BE Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join a collaborative and high-performing clinical team dedicated to comprehensive, patient-centered care. Position Highlights: Full-time employed OB/GYN position with day-shift schedule Schedule includes 16–20 hours of general clinical time weekly (approximately 16 hours clinic and 3–4 hours surgery) Balanced OB/GYN practice with a mix of obstetrics and gynecology (GYN-forward with flexibility) Clinic volume averaging approximately 20 patients per session Dedicated surgical time with access to robotic-assisted procedures One 24-hour labor shift per week with post-call day off Collaborative care model working alongside certified nurse midwives and maternal-fetal medicine specialists Strong emphasis on continuity of care in a community-based setting Supportive environment with advanced diagnostic and surgical technology Compensation and Benefits: Competitive compensation range of $330K–$425K annually Productivity-based bonus potential Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off CME support and tuition reimbursement options Malpractice insurance coverage Additional voluntary benefits and wellness resources The Community: Enjoy living in a vibrant western Chicago suburb offering a blend of urban access and suburban comfort.
