OB/GYN Physician Locums Job in Indiana | Flexible Schedule | Beginning As Soon As Credentialed - Ongoing | Assignment #117065

Coverage Details
-- Beginning as soon as credentialed

Shift Details
-- Flexible scheduling options
-- Combination of office-based clinical coverage, hospital rounding, call coverage, and laborist coverage
-- Office-based clinical coverage consists of 8 or 9-hour on-site clinic days
-- Laborist providers are required to remain on-site during call shifts
-- OB/GYN providers must be able to respond to the hospital within 30 minutes when on call

Call Responsibilities
-- ER, FPN OB, and optional laborist shifts

Requirements
-- Active Indiana license
-- Indiana DEA preferred or a DEA that is easily transferable
-- CSR
-- Board Certified preferred, Board Eligible physicians will be considered

Required Skills
-- EMR: Epic experience preferred; training available

Assignment Details
-- Patient volume: 20 patients per day
-- Support staff: 1 Physician and 4 MAs
