- In-house call schedule -- weekends tend to be lighter shifts
- Just over 100 deliveries per month facility-wide
- Hospital-based obstetrics and gynecology coverage
- Approx. 25% high-risk cases -- transferred out as needed
- Required: BLS, NRP, and fetal monitoring
- Covers unassigned and emergent OB and GYN patients
- Hospital privileges required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
