Job Description

Join a thriving, mission-driven women's health program at a 49-bed regional medical center in central Iowa.

Practice Details:
  • Be busy day one practicing alongside this exceptional team of FPOBs, OBGYNs, and Midwives
  • Flexible scope of practice with the ability to develop a blend of OB, GYN, surgery, and other clinical interests
  • Midwives take first call for 21 days of the month; 1:3 Call rotation for 1st and 2nd call
  • Well-equipped, modern hospital with Epic EMR, DaVinci robotics, dedicated nursing, and incredible subspecialty support
  • Tremendous practice autonomy and unprecedented lifestyle - tailor your schedule and FTE to fit your needs
  • 3- or 4-day work week options
  • Large mission based health system with a sister group of 15 OBGYNs in Des Moines

    Compensation and Benefits:
  • Highly competitive compensation and incentive package that is customizable to your liking
  • Up to $563K annual compensation package to include: base salary, minimum call pay, performance bonus (everything can be adjusted to fit your wants and needs)
  • $1,000 monthly Residency/Fellowship stipend available for new grads + $50K Sign-On bonus available
  • Substantial state and federal student loan forgiveness eligibility
