Job Description

Step into a thriving women's health program where the patient panel, volume, & referral base are in place from day one. Practice full-spectrum OB/GYN on a clinic or shift schedule, with a midwife-first call model that protects your time off & an evergreen $600K base that doesn't sunset.

Details:
  • Team of 6 women's health providers: OB/GYNs, Family Medicine OB physicians, & a Certified Nurse Midwife
  • 350+ deliveries per year & a strong referral network for immediate clinic & surgical volume
  • Choose traditional clinic practice or 8-9 24-hour shifts per month
  • Midwife takes first call, meaningfully reducing nights & weekends
  • Robotic-assisted platform for minimally invasive gynecologic surgery
  • Oncology & urology specialists for collaborative co-management
  • AI-assisted documentation to cut charting time & paperwork

    Package:
  • $650K evergreen guaranteed base plus wRVU productivity
