OB/GYN Laborist Locums Job in Kentucky | Beginning ASAP Ongoing | At Least 5–6 Shifts/Month Available | Assignment #114910

Shifts Needed:
-- 12 hour day shifts, 12 hour night shifts, and 24 hour shifts available as soon as credentialed and ongoing
-- Site is open to considering candidates' availability on a case by case basis (5-6 shifts per month are needed)

Coverage Details
-- Willing to consider IMLC participants interested in KY licensure
-- Reason for Coverage: high volume and expanding services
-- Initial 2-month commitment requested with potential for extension until permanent hires are onboarded
-- Manager recommends no more than 4 blocks initially and no more than 6 consecutive shifts once acclimated

Requirements
-- Only non negotiable requirement is clean malpractice for fast credentialing
-- Board Certification preferred
-- Residency with fellowship in maternal/fetal medicine preferred
-- Minimum 5 years of experience preferred 
-- Certifications: BLS, NRP, ATLS, DEA
-- Must provide case logs from past 12–24 months during Privileging:
--50 OB/GYN management cases
--50 deliveries including 10 C-sections
--25 gynecological surgical procedures (5 major abdominal cases)
--OR recent completion of ACGME/AOA residency/fellowship within past 12 months

Skills & Procedures
-- Surgical procedures for maternity care and delivery
-- OB: Low risk, High risk, Ultrasounds, Amniocentesis
-- Labor & Delivery: Routine, Complicated, VBACs, C-sections
-- Gynecology: Office procedures, Minor circumcisions
-- GYN surgery not required
