About the Facility

This 63-bed on-site facility provides full scope obstetric and gynecologic services across inpatient, outpatient, and clinic settings to an adult patient population and holds a Level II trauma designation. The facility maintains 2 labor and delivery rooms, 5 postpartum rooms, and 7 maternal/child private rooms, supported by 2 permanent OBGYNs, CNMs, and anesthesia on-call. Established clinical protocols and structured workflows support continuous care delivery across all assigned coverage periods.

About the Clinician's Workday

Clinicians will provide full scope obstetric and gynecologic coverage across inpatient, outpatient, and clinic settings on a day shift basis with night beeper call responsibilities at an on-site facility, with coverage beginning in November on an ongoing basis. Scheduled clinic hours are 8:00 AM through late afternoon, with an expected patient volume of 10-15 patients per day; call coverage is structured at a 1:3 ratio with weekend call rotating among staff. Clinical responsibilities encompass the complete range of OB and GYN care, including vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and GYN surgeries, with an expected volume of approximately 250 deliveries per year. CNMs serve as first call, and locum clinicians will assume supervisory responsibilities over CNMs when needed; 10-14 shifts per month are anticipated.
