- Schedule: office and hotel pager call -- 20-min response time required
- 13 - 18 patients per shift with rounding on assigned patients
- Call ratio 1:2 with 3% callback rate
- Outpatient and inpatient OB/GYN coverage with call
- High and low risk pregnancy management required
- C-section decision-making and complicated deliveries required
- Laparoscopic procedures required -- including operative and major cases
- OB ultrasound skills required
