Job Description

  • Based at Allina Health Buffalo Hospital, a Forbes "Top 100 Hospital" with a 5-star CMS rating
  • Recruitment is due to an upcoming retirement
  • 4-day, 32-hour work week
  • Surgically busy group - each OBGYN averages 4-6 hysterectomies per month
  • Current OBGYNs happy to provide mentorship & scrub in alongside a new partner
  • 1:6 call (1st call rotation of 4 OBGYNs & 2 CNMs)
  • Robust support staff: highly experienced nurses, OB educator, & midwives who function as ‘extenders' for the OBGYN physicians
  • Thoughtful infrastructure to decrease administrative burden: Dedicated teams handle all Rx refills, triage, pap results & any after-hours calls
  • 5 state-of-the-art ORs and brand-new DaVinci robot

  • Highly competitive compensation: average earnings of $460K+ (starting guarantee from $375-410K, w/ add'l bonuses available)
  • Signing bonus, relocation stipend & loan support: $65-90K
