Salary range between $364,000 to $400,000
Productivity Bonus
$150,000 loan forgiveness (forgiven over 5 years)
$50,000 sign on bonus; for physicians who have medical loans, sign on bonus is up to $100,000.
Total guaranteed compensation package is $400,000 to $460,000
Relocation Allowance up to $15,000
