Job Description

A thriving not-for-profit health system is expanding its Women's Health program and seeking an OBGYN to join its team just 30 minutes from Springfield, Missouri. Practice in a brand-new Women's Center designed to provide an exceptional experience for both physicians and patients, featuring modern labor and delivery suites, a dedicated C-section OR, and the Da Vinci Xi robotic platform.

Position Highlights
  • Practice in a brand-new 120,000 square foot hospital with a dedicated Women's Health floor
  • Join 4 established OBGYNs in a collegial, physician-friendly environment
  • Manageable patient volumes with approximately 100 deliveries per physician annually
  • Maximize your surgical interests with unlimited OR access and Da Vinci Xi robotics
  • Customize your schedule with a 4-day work week or block scheduling (7 on/7 off or 14 on/14 off)
  • Build the practice you want with a balanced OB/GYN mix and the option for a GYN-heavy practice
  • Collaborate with experienced colleagues on advanced GynOnc cases and expand your surgical skillset
  • $500,000 guaranteed base salary
  • $100,000 sign-on bonus
