Job Description

Join Mercy Hospital Southeast's premier Women's Health team in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, where you'll step into an established practice with immediate patient demand and strong referral support. Work alongside dedicated Ob/Gyns, CNMs, and WHNPs committed to delivering exceptional care throughout a large and growing service region.

Position Overview:
  • Flexible schedule with even split of obstetrics & gynecology
  • 1:6 Call Schedule with ability to structure your week to your preferences
  • Practice with confidence in a Level III NICU with 24/7 Neonatology support
  • Advanced technology including Da Vinci robotics, EPIC EMR, and AI scribe to streamline workflow

    Compensation/Benefits:
  • $450K guaranteed base salary with uncapped earning potential
  • $200K sign-on bonus
  • Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible
