-- BLS, ACLS, ATLS

-- High-risk pregnancy
-- FHR interpretation: NST, CST, and FSE
-- Routine delivery
-- Vaginal delivery
-- Decision-making for C-section
-- Complicated delivery

-- Multiple births
-- Abruptions
-- Surgical gynecology
-- Operative and major surgical gynecology, including ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, and extensive LOAs

Assignment Details
-- Practice setting: Inpatient and outpatient
-- Duties include admissions and rounding
-- EMR: Epic
-- Patients per shift: 0-8
-- Beds in department: 18
-- Average annual deliveries: 600
-- PA and NP support: 2
-- PEDs Level: 3
-- Around 600 deliveries annually
-- Support staff: 24/7 CRNA, RT 24/7, first assist surgical RN, two L&D minimum staffing increased as needed, two NICU, and one OB tech
-- Three midwives provide backup support as scheduled
-- Coverage is primarily solo
-- OB-GYN emergency call patient consults
