- Pager call only -- 5 pm Friday - 5 am Monday
- Call ratio 1:4 -- every 5th weekend
- Call response time: 30 minutes
- Approx. 750 deliveries per year
- Low and high risk OB, surgical GYN, and office GYN
- OB ultrasound performance and interpretation required
- C-section, VBAC, complicated deliveries required
- Leave coverage -- ongoing until new provider starts
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
