Job Description

A thriving not-for-profit health system is expanding its Women's Health program and seeking an OBGYN to join an established team just 30 minutes from Springfield, Missouri. Practice in a brand-new Women's Center built around physician efficiency, surgical access, and an exceptional patient experience.

Position Highlights
  • Join 4 established OBGYNs with a manageable 1:5 call schedule
  • Approximately 100 deliveries per physician annually
  • Build the practice you want with a balanced OB/GYN mix or a GYN-heavy focus
  • Brand-new hospital with a dedicated Women's Health floor
  • Modern labor and delivery suites with a dedicated C-section OR
  • Da Vinci Xi robotics with excellent OR access for physicians interested in growing their surgical volume
  • Opportunity to collaborate on advanced GynOnc cases and expand your surgical skillset
  • Flexible scheduling including a 4-day work week, 7 on/7 off, or 14 on/14 off
  • $500,000 guaranteed base salary
  • $100,000 signing bonus
