- 12-hour shifts, 10 days per month
- 0.89 deliveries per shift at main facility
- Two hospital system locations
- 24/7 MFM backup support available
- Low-risk and high-risk pregnancy management required
- Emergency C-sections and complicated deliveries
- 7.1 E&M encounters per shift at main facility
