OBGYN Physician Locum Tenens Job in New York
Details/Requirements:--Assignment Type: Inpatient OB Call Only
--Schedule: Tentatively every other week: Monday 7:00 AM – Thursday 7:00 AM, Friday 7:00 AM – Monday 7:00 AM
--Shift Length: 24-hour call coverage beginning at 7:00 AM
--Patient Volume: Approximately 400+ annual deliveries with an average L&D census of 1–2 patients
--Call Coverage: Manage assigned and unassigned OB patients
--OR Requirements: None
--Coverage Needed For: One physician
--Support Staff: Experienced Labor & Delivery team staffed in accordance with AWHONN guidelines
--Credentialing: Temporary privileges available in as little as 10 business days once a complete medical staff application and supporting documents are received
--Assignment Length: Ongoing; contract length to be determined
