THE OPPORTUNITY
Work one week, take call one week, and take one full week off. That is the rhythm of this full-time, full-scope OB/GYN role in a rural community that values its physicians.
You will join a well-established practice backed by a major academic health system. You get the autonomy of community practice with the referral network, shared Epic EMR, and resources of a large system behind you. The hospital delivers about 420 babies a year

WHY THIS ROLE STANDS OUT
A true 7/7/7 schedule. Seven days of call, five clinic days with surgical time, then 7 days off
Call with real support. Certified nurse midwives and FMOB take first call
Full-scope practice and a surgical robot
Up to $60,000 in loan repayment. $20,000 a year for 3 years, on top of a two-year guarantee

SCHEDULE AND CALL
Call week 7 days of hospital call, with CNMs and FMOBs taking first call
Clinic week 5 days in the office, including surgical time
Off week 7 days off
Two-year guaranteed salary plus a wRVU-based incentive
Student loan repayment of $20,000 a year for three years,
Paid extra shifts for additional clinic and call coverage
240 hours of PTO plus 8 paid holidays, with CME time included in your PTO
Retirement plan with a 4% employer contribution and 5% employee contribution
Health and vision insurance
J1 visa compatible
