OB/GYN Physician Locums Job in New York | Call Only or Office with Call

OB/GYN locums opportunity in New York, with immediate coverage available and a greater need beginning January 2027. Flexible assignment options include call only or office coverage with call.

Details for Assignment:
-- Typical privileging timeframe: 90 days; emergency privileges may be available
-- Board Certification required
-- Rural health experience preferred
-- Office hours: 8AM–4:30PM
-- Call shifts begin and end at 7AM; 20-minute response time required
-- Call includes ED coverage, unassigned patients, OB call and GYN emergencies
-- Required procedures include C-sections and management of ectopic pregnancies
-- Approximately 400 deliveries annually
-- One employed OB/GYN, with midwife and fellow support
-- First assistant scheduled primarily for C-sections
-- Level I nursery; high-risk transfers out
-- Anesthesia physician and CRNA coverage available on call
-- EPIC proficiency preferred
-- ACLS and Fetal Monitoring required
-- Most recent 12-month case/procedure log required
