- Pager call -- 7 am to 7 am, 5 - 8 shifts per month
- 4 - 6 patients in hospital; up to 15 in clinic per shift
- Average 4 admissions per shift
- Rounding required -- both inpatient and outpatient
- Hospital privileges required
- Phone consults: 0 - 3 average per shift
