- UNC School of Medicine Rural OB/GYN Fellowship - with Attending-Level Compensation
The UNC School of Medicine, in partnership with (Login for Information) Medical Group, proudly offers a one-or two-year Rural Obstetrics & Gynecology Fellowship, the first of its kind in the nation, training physician leaders to deliver exceptional women’s healthcare in rural maternal health.

Compensation & Benefits
- Attending-Level compensation

o Well-established practice serving the community for over 25 years
o Join a collegial team of two full-time OB/GYNs, one FNP, and per diem OB/GYNs
- Call 1:5 – 1:6 target call schedule supported by dedicated per diem coverage (actual schedule may vary, but call burden is designed to be sustainable and attractive)

Eligibility
- MD/DO with completed ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency
- Eligible for NC medical licensure & ABOG oral boards
- Demonstrated professionalism and a strong commitment to rural healthcare
