This inpatient hospital maintains established clinical protocols and structured workflows to support continuous obstetric and gynecologic care delivery. The facility conducts clinical operations on-site in accordance with call-based coverage requirements. Established resources are in place to facilitate coordinated patient care throughout each assigned coverage period.

North Carolina offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of outdoor, cultural, and recreational experiences suited to varied interests. The state encompasses three distinct regions - coastal, Piedmont, and mountain - each supporting year-round activities. Along the coast, clinicians will find Cape Hatteras National Seashore, the Wright Brothers National Memorial, public aquariums, and Cape Lookout National Seashore, which preserves a 56-mile stretch of beaches. The mountain region features Grandfather Mountain, the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Biltmore Estate, and several ski resorts, while arts centers, museums, parks, and professional and collegiate sports teams are accessible across the state's diverse regions.

Clinicians will provide obstetric and gynecologic coverage through call assignments at an on-site inpatient facility, beginning ASAP. Clinical responsibilities include managing inpatient obstetric and gynecologic cases during each designated call period, with continuous on-site availability required throughout all assigned coverage dates. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment. Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is negotiable for clinicians considered for this position.
