-- Credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days (Emergency temporary privileges available for providers with a clean background, active Ohio license, and DEA)

Shift Description
-- 24-hour call coverage, 8 AM – 8 AM
-- Call plus call-back coverage
-- No in-house call
-- Weekend coverage required as part of schedule

Requirements
-- Board Certified
-- Active Ohio license
-- NRP
-- ACLS
-- Flu vaccine

Procedures / Skills Required
-- Must be able to perform C-sections
-- Must be able to perform all OB/GYN-related surgeries, including scheduled D&C procedures

Assignment Details
-- Hospital ER/GYN and L&D call coverage
-- Total beds: 10 LDRP, 3 postpartum, 1 triage
-- Practice includes 2 physicians and 5 CNMs
-- 40%–50% GYN cases with 1–4 GYN surgeries per day
-- 15%–35% C-section rate
-- Average 2–5 nursery admissions per day
-- Average daily census: 3–4 newborns
-- Pediatric census: 0–1 every 2 months
-- Nursery includes 12 normal newborn beds with no special care nursery
-- EMR: Epic
