Coverage Details
-- September 16, 8:00 AM – September 18, 8:00 AM or September 17, 8:00 AM – September 21, 8:00 AM
-- December 10, 8:00 AM – December 12, 8:00 AM
-- Temporary privileges available
Shift Details
-- 24-hour call, 8am-8am
-- No in-house call
-- Weekend coverage is part of the schedule
Requirements
-- Board Certified
-- Ohio license
-- NRP
-- ACLS
-- Flu vaccine
-- Must be available for listed dates
Required Procedures / Skills
-- Must be able to complete C-sections
-- Must be able to complete all OB/GYN-related surgeries, including scheduled D&C
Assignment Details
-- Hospital ER/GYN and L&D call
-- Total beds: 10 LDRP, 3 postpartum, 1 triage
-- 2 physicians and 5 CNMs in practice
-- 40%-50% GYN cases (1-4 GYN surgeries per day)
-- 15%-35% C-sections
-- Average nursery admissions per day: 2-5
-- Average daily newborn census: 3-4
-- Average daily pediatric census: 0-1 every 2 months
-- Nursery beds: 12 normal newborn beds with no special care nursery
-- EMR: Epic
