Details/Requirements:
--2 weeks a month (10 days) ongoing
--Clinic + Call simultaneously
--10-15 clinic patients per day
--Minimal call back
--Tuesday mornings blocked for surgeries
--OBGYN Physicians, 1 Physician Assistant
--Required procedures are up to provider's preference
