Practice Details

• Hospital-employed position on a single campus (clinic + hospital)
• 800 annual deliveries
• 5 L&D rooms + dedicated C-section ORs
• Guaranteed OR block time
• 20–25 patients per day
• EMR: Athena (clinic) + Cerner (hospital)
• Team includes OB/GYN, CNMs, and NPs
• Level I Nursery (no NICU)
• Weekdays only clinic (8–5)
• Flexible clinic/OR block structure
• 1:4 call rotation with additional call compensation

Compensation Details

• Strong Compensation: $400,000–$500,000 base + RVU incentives
• $50,000 Sign-On Bonus + $15,000 Relocation
• Up to $200,000 in Student Loan Repayment
