Job Description
This Western Oregon hospital has a need to add an additional OBGYN due to growth and retirement. This site offers a typical call of 1:4 for OB with CNM assistance. The incoming physician will enjoy a great mix of Obstetrics and Gynecology about 50/50. The culture and leadership is like no other -- this is a position where physician love working. This community is within a short drive of the ocean and mountains.$386,691 base salary plus bonus potential. $100,000 loan repayment, $30,000 sign on bonus. 6% match on 401k and $7k per year for CME. Organization pays for all medical, dental, vision, LTD, and life insurance.. Currently have 3 OB/GYNs, 2 CNM, and 3 FM providers all doing OB.. Report to Hospital with 1:4 Call Ratio. WRVU production incentives. Relocation Bonus available.
