- 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off schedule -- 24hr call and clinic
- Clinic hours: 8 am - 5 pm with 24hr call 7 am - 7 am
- Approx. 30 deliveries/year -- roughly 10 are C-sections
- No clinic-only or call-only -- must be available for both
- Skills required: deliveries, C-sections, emergency gyn
- Expanding women's health services
