Job Description

A physician-driven community hospital in South Texas is seeking an OBGYN to help grow a high-volume service line in a culturally vibrant Texas community with no competition.

Join a team of 2 other OBGYNs who practice in a state-of-the-art space connected to the hospital.

Opportunity:
  • 93 bed, Not-For-Profit, level IV trauma center
  • Flexible Scheduling Options: Full-Time or 2 Weeks On/2 Weeks Off
  • W2 or 1099 Employment
  • 50/50 Split between OB and GYN
  • Brand new DaVinci Robot On-Site

    Compensation:
  • $425,000 salary guarantee, $66,000 call pay, and $42,5000 quality incentive bonus
  • wRVU Production Bonus + 10% Quality Bonus
  • Comprehensive benefits: 6 weeks PTO, $5,000 CME
  • Sign-on and relocation allowance.
