Flexible 4- or 4.5-day workweek
Light 1:8 call schedule shared among employed and independent OBGYNs
No inpatient responsibilities with APP coverage in L&D 24/7
Level III NICU and 24/7 anesthesia support
Robotics available with two Da Vinci Xi systems and a third being added
Guaranteed salary of $400K+ with realistic earnings exceeding $550K
Up to $100,000 in student loan assistance plus sign-on and relocation support
