Job Description

A leading health organization is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible OBGYN to join its growing women's health program in San Antonio, Texas.

Join a collaborative team of 5 experienced OBGYNs with APP support, enjoy strong patient demand from day one, and practice in an environment where your work truly changes lives.

The Opportunity:
  • Practice a balanced OB-GYN mix with flexibility to shape your practice based on your interests
  • 4 day clinic schedule with one dedicated call day
  • Dedicated OR block time with Da Vinci robot access
  • Delivery at one hospital
  • 2027 grads welcome | Mentorship available
  • Level III NICU with MFM support
  • Spanish speaking preferred

    Compensation & Benefits:
  • Guaranteed compensation package starting at $330,000
  • Uncapped bonus potential
