Job Description

Nationally recognized physician-led organization is seeking an OB/GYN Hospitalist Medical Director to lead and grow an established Laborist program in the DFW area.

  • Medical Director role with dedicated leadership responsibilities and only 10-15 administrative hours per month
  • Level III Maternal Care Center, Level III NICU, 24/7 anesthesia coverage, and neonatology support
  • Flexible schedule consisting of 24-hour in-house shifts with a standard expectation of only 7.5 shifts per month
  • Opportunity to help shape, and grow a hospitalist program supported by an experienced regional leadership team
  • Competitive compensation along with a Medical Director stipend, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance
  • Ability to moonlight or pick up additional shifts while enjoying substantial time off between scheduled shifts
