OB/GYN Opportunity | Dallas–Fort Worth, TX
Join a growing, physician-centered women’s healthcare practice in DFW offering a 3.5-day clinical week and a guaranteed 3–3.5-day weekend every week.
This collaborative OBGYN model is designed to reduce burnout and let physicians focus on complex obstetrics, operative gynecology, and surgery, with strong support from Certified Nurse Midwives, NPs, mental health therapists, and lactation specialists.
Practice Highlights:

3.5 clinical days/week — 2.5 clinic + 1 dedicated OR/surgical day

50% surgical revenue share on GYN surgical collections

Approximately 6–8 call shifts/month

Qualifications: MD/DO; Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in OB/GYN; minimum 1 year post-residency experience; active or eligible Texas license; unrestricted DEA.
