New OB/GYN Opportunity in Central Utah!!
Join another OB-GYN in town to share call and cases with to form a new group
Practice Model – two options: (1) Share office and overhead expenses with another OB-GYN and then be a partner with him once the doc is off income guarantee with us, or (2) Be hired directly by the other OB-GYN
This is a new position open due to the growth and needs of the community as well as an effort to reverse outmigration of both OB and GYN volumes.
Call will be 1:2 for GYN, and could be 1:4 for OB if shared with the two FPs who also do OB. Very light ER call – maybe some vaginal bleeds
Income guarantee amount of $300K - $350K plus all overhead expenses paid. Relocation paid and possible signing bonus.
Can walk in and be busy immediately.
Hospital total deliveries about 30 per month average.
A wide variety of procedures are available including uro gyn, incontinence, slings, etc.
Current OB-GYN is averaging 16 births per month, which is just over half of our total births per month) He averages 7 inpatient surgeries per month plus an average of 8 outpatient surgeries per month
