Job Description

Large, well-established ob/gyn practice is recruiting for a physician to join the medical community for Johnston-Willis Hospital in Richmond, Virginia.

Qualified Candidates:

Must be board eligible or board certified in their specialty
Board eligible candidates still in training must be scheduled for their boards
Must be energetic and motivated
Virginia licensure or ability to obtain
Must have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of nursing, physicians and administration

Incentive/Benefits Package:

Initial two-year salary guarantee with bonus eligibility
Commencement bonus offered
Four weeks of paid time off and one week of paid CME
Clinic hours Monday through Friday with one day off every other week

Evening and weekend call coverage based upon call group – hospitalists are utilized

292-bed community hospital
26-beds ICU with a mix of neuro ICU and 14 medical ICU beds
28-bed, 24/7 adult and dedicated ER

Maternity and Gynecologic Services with 24/7 OB emergency department
