This mid-sized inpatient hospital supports obstetric and gynecologic services for the regional patient population. The facility maintains established clinical protocols and structured workflows to ensure continuous care delivery across assigned coverage periods. Clinical operations are conducted on-site in accordance with night shift scheduling requirements.

Clinicians will provide inpatient obstetric coverage through 12-hour night shift assignments (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) at an on-site facility in Virginia, beginning August 10 on an ongoing basis, working 3 shifts per week. Clinical responsibilities include vaginal deliveries and labor and delivery and postpartum care throughout each assigned shift. The expected patient volume is an average of 11 patients per night shift. No call coverage is required as part of this assignment. Board certification is required for this position.
