This on-site facility holds a Level 1 trauma designation and provides obstetric and gynecologic services through OR-based coverage to the adult patient population. The facility supports 80 deliveries per month and utilizes the EPIC EMR system for clinical documentation. Clinical operations are supported by a team of 11 OBs and residents, with established protocols in place to ensure continuous care delivery across all assigned coverage periods.

The area offers clinicians on assignment access to a range of cultural, recreational, and community activities suited to varied interests. Local attractions include arts and cultural venues such as the Corgi Clay Art Center, the Patawomeck Museum and Cultural Center, Gari Melchers Home and Studio at Belmont, and the Riverside Center for the Performing Arts. Community markets, library branches, and educational institutions are also available throughout the area, along with dining and accommodations options for clinicians during their time on assignment.

Clinicians will provide OR-based obstetric and gynecologic coverage through 12 or 24-hour call shift assignments at an on-site Level 1 trauma facility, with coverage beginning as soon as possible on an ongoing basis. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, structured at a 1:7 call ratio, and continuous availability is expected throughout each designated coverage period. The facility supports 80 deliveries per month, and all clinical documentation must be completed using the EPIC EMR system. Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is negotiable for clinicians considered for this position.
