- $400,000 to $460,000 base salary plus RVU model
- 3 days of clinic + 1 day OR + 1 day of at-home admin
- No weekend or late-night clinic hours

The ideal candidate:
- BC/BE OB/GYN with a minimum of 2 years' experience
- Proficiency with Da Vinci robotics
Position Details:
- $400,000-$460,000 base salary plus RVU model
- 3 clinic days + 1 OR day + 1 at-home admin day
- Clinic hours: 8 AM-5 PM
- Only 16+ patients per day in clinic
- No weekend or late-night clinic hours
