Job Description

A nationally recognized healthcare organization is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician with Obstetrics experience to join its growing practice in Southern Arkansas. This opportunity offers a 4.5-day workweek, strong earning potential, and the ability to practice full-scope Family Medicine with OB alongside experienced physicians. New graduates with strong OB training are encouraged to apply!

The Position:
  • Up to $315K base salary target plus RVU and quality bonuses
  • 4.5-day workweek with Friday afternoons off
  • 1:4-1:5 OB call rotation
  • Full-scope FMOB with approximately 200 deliveries annually
  • No FMOB fellowship required; new graduates welcome
  • Experienced physicians available for OB and C-section mentorship
