Job Description

This nationally recognized, Top 100 Critical Access hospital with state-of-the-art facilities is looking for a Family Medicine physician with Surgical OB to join their outpatient clinic. Position Highlights:
  • Flexible patient volume with ample time to build long-term relationships
  • Practice full-scope Family Medicine with Obstetrics, seeing newborns to geriatric cases, with a collegial, team-oriented group
  • Surgical OB required, with a manageable C-section volume of 10-25 per year
  • Modern outpatient clinic located directly adjacent to the hospital
  • 4-day work week with flexible, shared call

    Compensation Details:
  • $374,000+ guaranteed, ongoing base salary plus production bonus
  • Total earning potential to $450,000+
  • Six-figure recruiting incentives including sign-on bonus, relocation, retention bonus, and student loan repayment
  • 7+ weeks of PTO and sick leave
