Job Description

Build a lasting full-scope practice where obstetrics is valued, call is shared by a true team, & patients across a multi-county region are already waiting for your care.

Details:
  • Collaborative 6-provider women's health team of FMOBs, OB/GYNs, & CNMs w/ a growing midwife group
  • Full-spectrum FMOB w/ surgical obstetrics, prenatal, L&D, postpartum, newborn, & cradle-to-grave continuity care
  • Midwife-first call: CNMs handle triage, & an MD is always on call for C-sections
  • 350+ annual deliveries w/ a 45-60+ minute draw area & strong referral base
  • Protected time off w/ locums backup & extra pay for additional call
  • Flexible, customizable schedule built around your practice style
  • Critical access hospital w/ 5 ICU beds, high nurse staffing, & a dedicated OR team
  • 4D ultrasound, 3D mammography, & on-site diabetes education for gestational patients
  • Wichita & Kansas City MFM partnerships for higher-risk pregnancies
  • Cerner EMR w/ AI-assisted documentation to reduce charting time

    Package
  • Base salary of $325K-$350K
  • Proven earning potential exceeding $450K
  • Sign-on bonus & relocation assistance
  • Loan repayment available at this HPSA-eligible site
  • 401(k) w/ 4% match immediately upon hire
  • 5+ weeks PTO, plus $5K CME & 5 CME days outside PTO
