Job Description

Continued population growth & increasing birth volumes have created an opportunity for a Family Medicine w/ Obstetrics physician to join one of the Midwest's most established & collaborative rural FMOB programs.

Details:
  • Full-spectrum FMOB opportunity w/ a mature, physician-led program
  • Join 8 Family Medicine physicians, an OB/GYN, & 4 Midwives (5th being added)
  • 230-250+ annual deliveries w/ continued growth
  • Flexible practice allowing focus on Women's Health, Obstetrics, Family Medicine, Procedures, or a customized mix
  • C-sections welcomed but not required
  • Onsite mentorship available for physicians seeking C-section privileges
  • Shared 1:8 call rotation
  • 4-day work week w/ 12-15 patients per day
  • EPIC EMR

    Package:
  • $311K+ guaranteed base salary
  • $24K+ OB stipend + $24K+ hospital coverage stipend + $10K+ C-section incentive
  • Total guaranteed compensation exceeds $370K before productivity incentives
  • Additional RVU earning potential
  • Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, CME, retirement, & recruitment incentives available
  • Additional compensation for extra call coverage beyond required rotation
