Job Description

Join Mobridge Regional Hospital & Clinics, a physician-friendly Critical Access Hospital serving north-central South Dakota and south-central North Dakota. This Family Medicine with Obstetrics opportunity offers broad-scope rural medicine, a flexible schedule, excellent earning potential, and the ability to make a meaningful impact in a close-knit community.

The Opportunity
  • Hospital-employed Family Medicine with Obstetrics practice
  • Full-spectrum opportunity including outpatient, inpatient, OB, and optional nursing home care
  • Flexible schedule with physicians working 3.5-5 days per week
  • Team of FPOB physicians, Internal Medicine physicians, APPs, and a full-time General Surgeon
  • J-1 and H-1B candidates encouraged to apply
  • Canadian-trained physicians eligible for U.S. licensure are encouraged to apply

    Compensation & Benefits
  • $350,000 guaranteed base salary
  • $150K-$250K sign-on/student loan repayment package, with the potential for nearly dollar-for-dollar state loan repayment matching, bringing total loan assistance to as much as $500K
  • Relocation assistance, CME allowance plus time off, 401(k) match, 457 plan, disability stipend, malpractice with tail coverage, and comprehensive health benefits
