Job Description

We are seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician with Obstetrics experience to join a well-established practice in West Texas. This employed opportunity offers the ability to build a busy practice quickly, perform deliveries, and work alongside experienced providers in a supportive, community-focused environment.

The Position:

  • Seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician with Obstetrics experience.
  • Practice true broad-spectrum FM-OB including clinic, prenatal care, vaginal deliveries, newborn care, hospital coverage, and rural medicine.
  • Established patient demand with the ability to build a busy practice quickly.
  • Proven earning potential with a $280,000 guaranteed base salary plus RVU incentives, OB compensation, call pay, and a current FM-OB physician earning approximately $550,000 annually.
