Job Description

Thrive in a growing, patient-centered clinic that supports physicians in practicing the full breadth of Family Medicine, with opportunities to provide obstetrical, inpatient, and outpatient care.

Position Details:
  • Join a collaborative team of 4 FMOB physicians, with additional support and shared call coverage from 7 other physicians
  • Patient volume of 10-15 patients per day, allowing for meaningful patient relationships and strong work-life balance
  • 4-day work week offered, with additional flexible scheduling options available
  • Optional C-sections, with mentorship available for physicians looking to develop or expand those skills
  • Opportunity to help shape and participate in a new Family Medicine Residency Program
  • Experience the momentum of an independent, physician-friendly organization that has welcomed nearly 20 Family Medicine physicians to its team in the past five years
  • Practice on a unique 630-acre hospital campus featuring 8 miles of ski trails and a 30-acre lake with boat access

    Compensation Details:
  • Hospital-employed position offering a guaranteed salary, incentive bonus, and call pay totaling nearly $400,000 annually
  • $150,000 sign-on bonus paid upfront
